General Layout Requirements:

The size of the file should reflect the finished size of your document

Colors should be CMYK or Spot, not RGB. Black & white photos should be set grayscale

Embedded all photos into document no less than 72 ppi and no more than 300 ppi

Artwork that prints to the edge must include a bleed. Bleeds should extend at least 1/8" over egde/cutline.

Fonts need to be embedded, outlined or included in a separate folder (outlined is preferred)

File Type Accepted:

.pdf or .eps -from any native application (Spot or CMYK, but not a combination thereof)

Adobe CS4 or lower (InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop)

.tif or .jpeg -high resolution and flattened.

Microsoft Word or Publisher are acceptable, but not preferred. (Here's Why)
